Manchester
The Manchester site is located 10 min. from Manchester city centre. In 2007, CARBOGEN AMCIS Ltd. was created in Manchester when it integrated SynProTec DRC, also owned by Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd. The new organization can now offer the rapid supply of early-phase cGMP material, as well as the later phase non-GMP and GMP supply of small API quantities.
More than 80 employees work at our Manchester site today.
Activities
Our Manchester site focuses on the development and manufacturing of non-GMP APIs. The facility is fully integrated into the in-house supply chain for complex APIs.
The Management System of CARBOGEN AMCIS Ltd is certified to the ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standard for the production, control, storage and shipment of active ingredients used in cosmetic skin care products.
The Standard Operating Procedures developed to support this certification are applied across all production areas, ensuring consistent quality standards irrespective of product type. This commitment to excellence extends beyond product quality, with the Manchester site also having achieved an EcoVadis Silver Medal, recognising our efforts in sustainability, environmental responsibility, ethics and responsible business practices.
