Covering for a period of maternity leave, in this position you will lead the payroll function to deliver accurate and timely payrolls ensuring all statutory obligations are met efficiently and effectively and in accordance with the policies and procedures. You will need to maintain up to date knowledge of payroll and pensions legislation to ensure the business remains compliant and satisfies all regulatory and statutory obligations, including planning ahead and managing change. (E.g. auto enrolment, pension contributions changes). The purpose of the role is also to undertake a range of HR activities relating to the employee life cycle.
