Communication and Tracking
Because efficient exchange of information is especially critical in the early stages of drug development, detailed communication occurs at each stage of the process in our project work with you as the customer.

To control the full progress of your project and the resources incurred we provide an updated Project Progress Report each week containing information about the project, deliverables, timelines and costs followed by a team telephone conference to discuss issues and prioritization.
